WABC congratulates Little Miss Clara Ellis for winning the baby contest for 2011. We also congratulate our other contestants who did an outstanding job and helped to raise over $4,000 towards our building campaign! Special thanks goes out to Jenette Sapp for all of her hard work and to each of the participants and models who helped to make this event such a big success!
