The Van Ministry is in need of a new van. There will be a fundraiser on Saturday October 4th at 11 AM.
Tuesday October 7th during a "Week of Prayer" WABC will be the host for the Tidewater Women's Missionary Conference. Pastor Marc will be the speaker. The service begins at 7 PM.
Deacon Raymond Caffee and Sister Marilyn Caffee are the honorees this year at a luncheon sponsored by the Tidewater Women's Missionary and Education Convention. The event will be held on October 11, 2008 at the Chesapeake Conference Center.
WABC will be celebrating its 70th Church Anniversary during the month of October. Several events are scheduled:
Goodwill Baptist Church will be our guest on October 5th at 1:30 PM . We will visit New Light Baptist Church, Chesapeake on October 19th at 2 PM. Enoch Baptist Church will be our guest on October 26th at 2 PM
