This Week at WABC
Join us on Sunday mornings at 10 AM for Sunday Morning Bible Study. Free coffee, donuts and hot tea are available before and after class.
Join us Wednesday Nights at 6 PM for Prayer, Praise, Food, Fellowship and a Relevant word.
Our women's ministry "Girl's Night Out" was a huge success! 31 women of various ages came together for a night of food, fun and fellowship. Thanks ladies!
Registration for the Women's Ministry "Healing Hearts" Heart Spa Workshop begins on Sunday, April 5th. Please visit the information table immediately following service. The cost of this event is $20.00 per person and includes your workshop bag, continental breakfast and lunch.
The Marriage and Singles Ministry will travel to Atlantic Shores Baptist Church on Saturday April 4th for the performance of the "The Play-The Story of a Man Called Jesus".
Donations of plastic eggs and candy are needed for our "Easter Eggstravaganza" which will be held on Easter Monday, April 13th at 12 Noon. Volunteers are needed to assist with this event. Please see June James, Calonia Fults, Thomasina Flores or Erica Morrison if you are available to help.
Thanks goes out to the singing group "Movement", along with their Director Thomas Batts who were our special guest Sunday morning during our worship service.
Special thanks goes out to our resident Sports Director Richard Parker for making the arrangements for Saturday's trip to Washington DC for the Wizards and Piston's Game. Future trips are in the planning stages.
Please remember our Food Bank. All donations may be given to Raymond or Marilyn Caffee.

If you are interested in joining the Marriage and Singles Ministry for The Play: "The Story of The Man Called Jesus" please turn in your ticket money ($15.00 pp) during our Sunday Service to Cyndi Jennings. The Play will be held on Saturday April 4th at the Life Center at Atlantic Shores Baptist Church, in Virginia Beach (1861 Kempsville Road 23464). Time still to be determined.

Thanks goes out to everyone who attended the "Move It To Music Expo" with the youth this past Saturday at the Ted Constant Center. Info on additional events for our youth can be found on our youth ministry page.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the "Christian Jubilee" Sunday afternoon. Pictures are now up in the church gallery.

We are hoping to obtain tickets for the April 4th performance, so if you are interested in attending please let Cyndi Jennings know as soon as possible. Depending on the time we will have dinner either before or after the play at The Applebee's on Kempsville Road in Va Beach.

Please see our resident Sports Coordinator, Richard Parker if you would like to accompany the Men's Ministry to Washington DC for the Wizards and Pistons Game to be held on Saturday, March 28th. The cost for the trip is $80.00 pp for adults and $70.00 pp for youth 10 and under. The bus will leave Langley AFB at 3 PM. Game time is 7 PM.

The Men's Ministry reported that they had a fantastic time Saturday morning at their Men's Breakfast. Thanks to everyone who participated and to those who made sure that the young men of WABC attended.
The WABC Cafe is now open thanks to Calonia Fults. Coffee and Donuts are available before and after Sunday School.
Happy Birthday to all of our March Birthday members (please see Church Newsletter for additional names). We want to especially acknowledge Mrs. Louise Parker who turned 86th on Sunday.
Thank you to everyone who accompanied us to Union United Church on Sunday afternoon. Special thanks to Dr. Linda Clark and her congregation for their hospitality. We would especially like to thank Rev. Jeffrey Davis for stepping in to do our music. Thank you Mrs. Pritchard who accompanied the youth on Sunday morning.
