Thanksgiving Baskets

Special thanks goes out to all of the ladies who helped to get the Thanksgiving baskets out to families in need.

This Week at WABC

Our Joint Thanksgiving Service will be held on Wednesday evening at 7 PM.

Please do not forget the Installation Celebration Luncheon for Pastor Marc which will be held on Saturday, November 29th at 2 PM at Mount Olive Baptist Church in Virginia Beach. The Installation Service will be Sunday November 30th at 4 PM at Greater Mount Zion Baptist Church, in Chesapeake VA.

The Seniors of WABC would like to thank the team of members who took them to lunch on last Sunday at Piccadilly's. The food was delicious. God's blessings to you for this special treat!

Thank you to all who participated in our Thanksgiving Play " How Can I Say Thanks" . Special thanks goes out to Jenette Sapp who wrote and produced the play. Pictures from this event can now be found in the church gallery.

Pastor Marc and Cyndi would like to wish everyone at WABC a Happy Thanksgiving. God's grace be with you all as you celebrate with your family and friends. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

WABC Food Drive

Please consider making a donation (non-perishable items) to our food pantry drive. Help to feed someone in need. Many of our local food pantries are in need of help. Our goal is to help as many people as possible. Donations can be dropped off at the church during Wednesday night, and Sunday morning services. For further info please see Deac. "How Can I Say Thanks"

Dress rehearsal for the Thanksgiving play "How Can I Say Thanks" will be held on Saturday, November 22nd at 2 PM. All cast, and crew are asked to attend.

The play will take place on Sunday, November 23rd immediately following our morning service.

It's Seniors Day. Join us for service and then immediately after the morning service we will be treating all of our Seniors to dinner at Piccadilly's.

Installation Luncheon Registrations

This Week at WABC

We will be finishing the series " Beyond Your Backyard " this coming Wednesday. Please come and join us for worship, food, fellowship and a relevant word.

The Youth of WABC will be on the move again (Friday, November 14th). Please see our youth page for additional info.

Rehearsal for "How Can I Say Thanks" will continue on Saturday November 15th at 2 PM.

Sunday, November 16th is "Seniors Day". All senior citizens will be treated to dinner at Piccadilly's immediately following our morning service.

The deadline (November 15th) for turning in your form and money for tickets to Pastor Marc's Installation Celebration is fast approaching. Please see June Ellis for more info.

How Can I Say Thanks ?

Practice for the Thanksgiving presentation entitled " How Can I Say Thanks ?" will take place on Saturdays, November 8th, 15th and the 22nd at 2 PM. Please see Jenette Sapp if you would like to participate. We need your support!

Ministers Making a Joyful Noise Through Singing

Join us Sunday November 9th at Macedonia AME Church, where Pastor Marc will be singing along with several other ministers for the Annual "Minister's Making a Joyful Noise Through Singing" concert. WABC Youth ...are on the move again!

Just in case you missed it the youth of WABC are on the move. They recently attended The Holy Ghost Wiener Roast hosted by New Life Providence Church. Thanks goes out to our Youth Leaders and the volunteers that accompanied them. Special thanks goes out to Deacon Sease for the use of his SUV.
