Thank you to the choir,
ushers, congregation and leadership of WABC for supporting the Harrell Family
during their time of loss this past Friday at Deaconess Florence Harrell's
Homegoing service.
Great job by the Trustee’s ministry at our “Trunk or Treat” Fall Fest Friday night.
Thanks to the generous donation of candy we were able to bless the children at WABC
who attended as well as youth in our neighborhood! Special thanks to Edward Flores Sr
for donating hotdogs.
Lady J asks that the Women of WABC mark their calendars for Friday December 12th
at 7 pm for our year ending Girls Nite In. The women's ministry will be hosting A
Contagious Christmas Party! This free event is open to women of all ages.
We just ask that you RSVP by November 30th so that we can prepare in advance.
The Deaconess and NDBS will host a fundraising event on December 13th and 20th.
More details will be forthcoming by Deaconess Jenette Sapp.
Coming in 2015 Pastor Marc has set up several training sessions for the
ministries here at WABC. There will be a mandatory training session for Deacons
and Deaconess on Sunday, January 4th immediately following the morning service.

Cyndi will celebrate their 6th Anniversary at WABC next Sunday! Rev. Larry Copeland, Associate Minister at New Hope BC,
Chesapeake will speak in the morning. Rev. Sammie Logan and the New Hope BC
family will be our guest that afternoon at 2:30 PM.
Senior Appreciation Sunday is November
23rd! After the morning service seniors at WABC will be treated to dinner at
the Golden Corral on Kempsville Rd in Virginia Beach, VA.
Mark your calendar for the following
meetings. The Missions Ministry will meet on November 8th at 10:30 AM, and the
Deacons Ministry will meet on Tuesday November
11th at 7 PM.
November 30th is the last Baptism to be held
in 2014. If you are a candidate for baptism please speak with Pastor Marc.
