Our Homecoming Service will be held on September 21st. The Rev. Nathanial Mitchell, Associate Minister of Gethsemane Baptist Church will be the speaker.
Revival begins September 23 and runs through the 25th. Our Interim Pastor Rev. Marcus Jennings will be the revival speaker.
Deacon Raymond Caffee and Sister Marilyn Caffee are the honorees this year at a luncheon sponsored by the Tidewater Women's Missionary and Education Convention. The event will be held on October 11, 2008 at the Chesapeake Conference Center. Tickets are $30.00 per person. Sister Irma Rogers has tickets for this grand affair.
The "Back to School Lawn Party" will be held on Saturday, September 27th. Deacon Kevin Sease is making plans for a fun filled event (all ages are welcome from 1 to 98 years old).
